The development path of the new energy automobile industry is clear
In the first quarter of this year, energy-saving and new-energy vehicle manufacturers produced 8,626 energy-saving and new-energy vehicles and sold 10,202 new-energy vehicles, accounting for only about 0.2% of the country's total automobile production and sales. Most car companies told reporters that they are waiting for the policy to become clearer in desperation. And yesterday, the executive meeting of the State Council discussed and passed the "Development Plan for Energy Conservation and New Energy Automobile Industry", and the development of my country's new energy automobile industry finally ushered in a clear strategic roadmap.
As one of the emerging strategic industries, new energy vehicles are responsible for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry and becoming a new economic growth point. From the perspective of development route, the industrialization of pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles is the current key task. At the same time, the popularization of non-plug-in hybrid vehicles and energy-saving internal combustion engine vehicles will improve the overall technical level of my country's automobile industry. Industry insiders pointed out that as the core power equipment and supporting measures of new energy vehicles, there is a huge space for manufacturers of lithium batteries and charging pile equipment.
Of course, the development of new energy vehicles in my country is gradual and pragmatic. The "Plan" is divided into two steps. By 2015, the cumulative production and sales of pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles will reach 500,000 units, and by 2020, more than 5 million units; the average fuel consumption of passenger vehicles produced in 2015 Consumption falls to 6.9 liters per 100 kilometers and to 5.0 liters for 2020.
According to Cui Dongshu, deputy secretary-general of the National Passenger Car Federation, the goal of 500,000 vehicles by 2015 is not out of reach. A number of car companies have begun to invest heavily in new energy vehicles. BAIC Group will target 150,000 new energy vehicles in 2015; Guangzhou Automobile Group will increase the production and sales of energy-saving and new energy vehicles to 200,000 at the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan"; million vehicles. For the above three companies alone, the production and sales target at the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" has reached 500,000 vehicles.
It is noteworthy that the "planning" clearly stated that the promotion, application and pilot demonstration should be accelerated. Implement policies to encourage the purchase and use of energy-efficient vehicles, and carry out pilot projects to subsidize private purchases of new energy vehicles.
According to Deng Xinrong, a new energy vehicle analyst at Founder Securities, after the introduction of the policy, the development of new energy vehicles in my country may usher in new opportunities. "This year, the total number of vehicles on the road is expected to be close to 80,000. In the past two years, local governments have put forward ambitious goals. This year, it is time to fulfill their promises. There will be a preparation period in the first half of the year, and a large number of new vehicles are expected in the second half of the year. Energy cars hit the road."
According to Dong Yang, president of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, new energy vehicles have shown strong vitality and orientation, and now all companies are doing their best to do it, including complete vehicles and parts, although some pilot cities have not yet reached the level. Goals require us to work hard.
At the same time, the "Plan" plays an institutional role in escorting the development of China's new energy vehicle industry. "Such as increasing fiscal, tax and financial policy support, creating a market environment conducive to industrial development, and actively carrying out international cooperation." These aspects have effectively guaranteed the accelerated development of new energy vehicles in my country. ("Shanghai Securities News" Ruan Qi)
